Shipping International

The shipping charges depends on the type of product and on where you live. The exact freight costs for your purchase will be shown in the ordering process.

The prices shown are excluding VAT. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office.

 

Delivery

Esaila uses TNT Freight or UPS Freight as the standard delivery service for parcel shipments. TNT or UPS obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address; from a neighbor, or someone at a neighboring address. 

Any time or date named by the Seller for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only and the Seller shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature including of a consequential nature whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery resulting from use of a third party carrier. All goods delivered to the Customers premises and accepted by the Customer become the sole responsibility of the Customer and the Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods thereafter. Delivery by the Seller is affected when the goods are tendered to the Customer at the Customer’s designated delivery address. The Seller is not responsible for the unloading of the goods and it is the Customers responsibility to off-load at the Customers own risk and expense.

 

Lead Time

We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 business days.
For international shipping lead time must be expected 5-10 days to arrive.
When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.

 

Placing order

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods because they are not available any more or for some other reason, the buyer is notified thereof at first opportunity and the received money will be refunded immediately but no later than within 14 days as of the receipt of the respective notice.

 

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification via email to general@esaila.com along with your order number. We reserve the right to levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

You cannot use your right of cancellation by refusing to accept the goods at delivery, or by omitting to collect it.

 

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us by sending an e-mail at the address general@esaila.com along mentioning your order number and delivery receipt or tracking number.


Unclaimed Delivery

If you happen to not be at home at the time of delivery, the delivery service will re-attempt the delivery. An extra delivery cost at the rate originally paid might will occur.

 

Return and Claims

If you received a damaged carton packaging on delivery, you need to provide us by taking a clear photos of the packaging and if a defect becomes apparent, you has the right to contact us no later than within 24 hours by sending an e-mail at the address general@esaila.com along mentioning your order number and delivery receipt or tracking number.

We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Important that the original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product.

Damaged items we will ask you to, as detailed as possible, describe the problem. If your complaint is legitimate, we will refund reasonable freight costs. If the claim is not valid, you will pay the delivery costs yourself, as well as the cost of re-delivery to you.
